Thank you for your interest in nominating yourself to volunteer as a member of the BICSI South Pacific Board of Directors. BICSI South Pacific continues to have a positive impact on the information and communications technology (ICT) community, and the Board of Directors plays a central role in this work.

This year, for the period of 2024 to 2025, the positions on the BICSI South Pacific Board of Directors that are up for election are:

• (1) Secretary
• (3) General Board Position

In order to submit your self-nomination, you will need the following:

• Your login and password
• A 300-word biography
• A 100-word summary of your involvement with BICSI to date
• A 100-word summary of what you will do if elected
• A 100-word summary of your volunteer efforts outside of BICSI
• A photo of yourself (.jpg or .png file types only please)
• A letter of corporate support from your company (an example can be found here)

The closing date for all submissions is midnight AEST Saturday 22nd June 2024.

In addition, you will need to read and agree to the BICSI South Pacific Nominating Committee Policy, BICSI South Pacific Constitution and the BICSI Global Bylaws.

If successful, you will be required to attend both the Board Induction Day and the Strategic Planning Day. Incoming Board Members will be presented at the Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday 22nd August 2024 at the BICSI South Pacific Conference at ICC in Sydney.
