Wayne Valent, Technical Director at TTAS (Telecommunications Testing & Audit Services) in Brisbane, has just added the Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) credential to his RCDD credential, having recently passed the RTPM exam.

Wayne has been actively involved in BICSI for many years, espousing the value of BICSI’s standards, design manuals and credentials, all of which lift the professionalism of our ICT industry. Wayne has also taken a leadership role in our industry, serving on volunteer committees including BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge, BICSI Queensland Golf events and BICSI standards for many years.

Wayne is also a BICSI Certified Trainer (CT), delivering the DD102 ‘Designing Telecommunications Distribution Systems’ course for BICSI’s local Authorised Design Training Provider (ADTP) – JB Hunter. As a BICSI Certified Trainer, Wayne is now poised to deliver the PM102 ‘Applied Telecommunications Project Management’ course in 2020 that can help others in the South Pacific also obtain their RTPM credential.

Congratulations to Wayne for achieving this landmark credential. He joins three other RTPMs in the South Pacific and hopefully many more in the coming years, after attending Wayne’s course.
