Technology Workshop

& Ian Russell – ICT Manager, Datalec will be presenting the ‘Technology Workshop’.

The drafts of the revised AS/CA S008 and S009 cabling regulations will be released to
industry for comment mid-October, before being published as mandatory regulations
early next year. There are significant changes to both regulations that will impact our
industry, so we have arranged for a member of the WC80 committee that wrote both
documents to present the major changes to us.

You’ll also be asked for opinions on these and other elements of the documents, so we
can compile a collective response from industry to submit to the committee.

While it’s not part of the golf program, the fact that we have so many industry
professionals together on the day, we’re scheduling the workshop for you and your
guests to participate in.
