Sadly in 2020, COVID-19 prevented BICSI from delivering most of its industry advancement programs, including conferences, seminars and other events. Thankfully, many of our education programs were delivered virtually, giving members access to important technology and industry developments. In 2021, we plan to roll out a hybrid program, that includes a return to conventional events, while hosting virtual events as well as a number of new initiatives. This presentation will address some of these programs.
