Given the global persistence of COVID-19, BICSI has converted its Fall Conference & Exhibition into a 100% virtual format, rather than a physical in-person event. Importantly, BICSI is determined to maintain the education, business and networking opportunities that its Fall conference is famous for by using innovative digit online event technologies.
This decision has not been made lightly. The safety and wellbeing of our members, credential-holders, volunteers, customers and staff is a top priority, and we want to make sure the event is a positive and safe experience for all attendees and exhibitors.
The Virtual Experience
As the preeminent ICT resource for the Connected World, BICSI will employ the latest technology to host this conference. It will feature the very best ICT education and innovation that the industry has to offer. We are using the vFairs event platform to interact and offer an intuitive virtual experience to attendees and exhibitors alike, along with highlights including interactive features, audio and video chat and much more. The vFairs full-service virtual platform has delivered multiple successful events from small associations to big-name companies. There is no software to download—you will just need internet access and your preferred web browser.
A fully virtual conference means that, no matter where you are in the world, you can experience the same conference as everyone else, including full access to three inspiring keynote presentations from Jeff Butler, Ivo Nelson, and Brett Culp, as well as rich ICT educational sessions presented by subject matter experts. You will also be able to interact with leading industry manufacturers, distributors and service providers in the virtual Exhibit Hall and network with your colleagues during session breaks. Look forward to scavenger hunts, swag bags and other fun interactive experiences with exhibitors and attendees.
The event features a Virtual Conference Lobby, a Virtual Auditorium and a Virtual Exhibit Hall.
Registration for the Fall Conference is open, and the Early Bird registration deadline has been extended to 31 July. You can also now select the Pre-Conference Masterclasses you would like to attend prior to the conference start.
Information is available at the Fall Conference website, and we are adding updates all the time. The conference schedule will also be posted soon. For any questions, please email email@example.com.
As always, thank you for your support of and commitment to BICSI and the ICT industry. We look forward to having you at the 2020 BICSI Fall Virtual Conference & Exhibition! Please stay safe!
