Some 48 golfers participated in the BICSI 2019 Perth Golf Day, held last Friday 15 November at Joondalup Resort & Golf Club, alongside the HoleSeekers/Wheels for Hope Charity Golf day.
In spite of the hot conditions, everyone had a great time navigating the picturesque but challenging Joondalup course.
Overall, the event raised $11,000 for the Wheels for Hope Charity, while the BICSI teams donating well over $2,500 of the total.
The all-important results:
- First Place: Jason D’Lugi; Graeme Bassula; Nick Petrides; Blair Havenstein from the ‘EPT Electric Power’ team
- Second Place: Michael Foster; Kye Topping; Paul Baker; Clinton Caccamo from the ‘Caddyless Molex’ team
- Third Place: Max Maddaford; Sam Davis; Peter Smythe; John Matusik from the ‘Panduit’ team
While there is only one winning team, we’d like to think everyone who participated is a winner because they were able to enjoy a great industry event with a great group of people, as well as raising considerable funds for a very worthwhile charity. In particular, BICSI would like to express it appreciation to all the sponsors of the 2019 WA Golf Day; as well as local members Ben Mok and Kye Topping for their leadership and efforts in organising the event. And thanks to everyone who participated in making this annual event such a success.
